Internet Gambling

The World Trade Organization (WTO)

The World Trade Organization (WTO) recently delivered a ruling which attempts to overrule Internet gambling laws of both the United States and individual states. Some believe the ruling could force internet gambling into every state in the nation, despite the Wire Act that makes all Internet gambling in the US illegal, and the laws of states which prohibit gambling.

This action has the potential of turning every home in America into a virtual casino!

NCALG is gathering information on the issue.
